NHS Healthcare Experience ModuleCo has a strong reputation of completing complex healthcare projects to high standards and within tight timescales, using modern methods of construction. Our proven track record includes NHS healthcare projects ranging from single or twin operating theatres to large diagnostic and treatment centres.

	Our customer portfolio includes both NHS Trusts and independent healthcare providers, throughout the UK and internationally. Since the spring of 2002 when we provided our first NHS healthcare modular facility, an operating theatre at North Staffordshire General Infirmary, the range of facilities we provide has grown year on year. ModuleCo's portfolio of projects includes, but is not restricted to;

When delivering these projects we are often the main contractor dealing directly with the end client and users. However, we are becoming increasingly involved in NHS healthcare PFI enabling projects and ProCure21 schemes for major building contractors to provide complex decant or permanent modular healthcare facilities.

Many of the facilities we provide are as an extension to an existing department or hospital building. However, a number of them are fully functional, multi-storey, stand alone healthcare facilities supported by the appropriate ancillary accommodation and services.

		The size of projects we have provided range from 144m2 for a single modular operating theatre suite, to over 4,000m2 for a two-storey day surgery unit. Recently we have been working on projects to provide even larger four or five storey, 6,000m2 outpatient departments and ISTCs.

One of the major factors that has allowed us to provide high-quality, permanent healthcare facilities has been our emphasis on design. Our design team includes a number of leading designers who specialise in modular building solutions and have been previously involved in some of the tallest (seven-storey) modular buildings. This design input allows us to provide a full turnkey design and build solution for large healthcare projects using off-site construction.

We strongly believe that with the correct design input a modular construction project can not only match traditional construction in building quality, scale and design life, but also provide faster, more cost effective and flexible solutions.
